A TRIBUTE TO MY INDIAN LEADERS

Disaster prevailed throughout the country
All the strains longed for freedom
There was no breath of glory
A child was born only to be buried
Except some eminents in the spirit of oneness
Followed the path of non - violence
Amidst the sea of blood throughout
That stayed in the massive Indian soil
They crossed the barriers
Built by the British warriors
Sure to get independence
Was their ambition in life
And handed to our veins the fruits of freedom
Brought back the longed peace
Shaped Bharat to hither
They were each other's brother
Let Mother India
Sing about them for ever...
